SUENGINE provides digital content and software subscription services, including research-based analysis briefings (The Signal), decision-support software tools (The Forge), and a curated content library (The Archive). Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.

Our content and tools are educational and informational. They do not constitute financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and processed by our third-party payment provider. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of any analysis or content provided. SUENGINE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
